Q1.What are the check-in and check-out times?
A1. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00.

 

Q2. Can I stay with my pet?
A2. Yes, you can bring your pet dog with you. Please check the rules and equipment beforehand.

 

Q3. Are there kitchen facilities?
A3. Yes, we have a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, cooking utensils and tableware.

 

Q4.Is there a parking lot?
A4. Only small cars can be parked on the premises. If you have a large car, there is a free parking lot 5 minutes away on foot.

 

Q5.Is Wi-Fi available?
A5. Yes, we have free Wi-Fi. The password is provided in the guest room.

 

Q6. What is the cancellation policy?
A6. It is free up to 10 days before the stay, but after that, we will charge you part or all of the accommodation fee. Please check the details when making a reservation.

 

Q7. Are there any convenience stores or restaurants nearby?
A7. There is a convenience store 7 minutes walk from the facility. There are also several restaurants nearby, so please ask the staff.

 

Q8. What is the maximum number of guests that can stay?
A8. Up to 5 people can use this room. Please check the details when making a reservation.

 

Q9. Can I have a barbecue?
A9. Yes, you can use the barbecue grill in the backyard during the season. Please bring your own charcoal and food.

 

Q10. Can I rent the facility exclusively?
A10. Yes, the entire facility will be reserved for your use. There is no shared space with other guests, so you can enjoy a private stay.
